Ed Buckner Visits Civitan

January 26th was an exciting day at Civitan!  Clients and staff enjoyed a visit from Today's THV Chief Meteorologist, Ed Buckner.

Ed shared interesting facts about weather forecasting and reminded us of important weather safety tips, but weather forecasting is only one of Ed's talents. Clients and staff enjoyed listening to Ed play his guitar and sing educational songs he's written about the weather. 

After the program, Ed toured Civitan to learn more about services offered for people with developmental disabilities and have photos made with fans.
