Donated items are ONLY accepted at The Civitan Donation Center. It is the first stop for all the items you can find for sale in The Civitan Shoppe. Everything the Civitan Truck picks up from your home or business is taken directly to the Donation Center. The public can drop off items themselves during the hours of operation. Click here to see a sample list of items we accept.

Clients help the Donation Center Manager go through stacks, boxes and bins of items every day to sort them for resale. The Civitan Shoppe staff works closely with the Donation Center staff to move items based on inventory in The Shoppe. The Donation Center also has storage space for seasonal items that aren’t currently on sale at The Civitan Shoppe. No items are sold at the Donation Center.

People that drop off items at The Donation Center can fill out a slip to get a tax-deductable donation receipt. The staff is also able to help unload items from your vehicle.

You may also bring your metal to place in our metal recycling bin on the property. Any clothing, shoes, toys, purses, hats, linens, etc that are deemed unsellable for The Civitan Shoppe are placed in a storage pod for Charity Shoes and Clothing, LLC that passes the items on to third world countries. Civitan Services receives a check based on the weight of the items Charity Shoes picks up from our pod.
