Drive Through BBQ
8th Annual Drive Through BBQ will be May 26-27th. You can choose
to pick up your order either day between Noon and 5pm. This year Pork Butts and
Ribs are $30 each. All proceeds go toward Civitan Services’ program needs.

7th Annual Drive Through BBQ was held May 25-27th at the Civitan
Center. Once again we smoked over 500 lbs of pork butt and ribs for up to 10 hours
each! Thanks to over 70 families and businesses in our community we were able to
match last year’s profits. Be sure to check our Calendar page often to see when
Chef Darrell will once again light up the grill—often around the holidays.
6th Annual Drive Through BBQ held May 19-20, 2009 at the Civitan
Center. Chef Darrell Peters once again smoked over 400 pounds of pork butts and
ribs in the large Benton Civitan Club smoker. We served whole butts and slabs of
ribs in convenient carry-out containers along with sauce and specific re-heating
instructions to the tune of over $4,000. Thanks for keeping us one of Saline County’s
best spots for BBQ!
