Civitan Services’ 2nd Annual Peace, Love & 5K Run/Walk
and 1-Mile Fun Run

Thank you so much for your participation in the 2011 Peace, Love & 5K Run/Walk and the 1-Mile Fun Run! We had an amazing turnout that doubled our 2010 entries. It was exciting to read all the different Arkansas cities on the entry forms as they arrived-- 37 and 1 from Missouri to be exact!

Thanks to YOU we raised almost $12,000 this year! We far exceeded our goal for the 2011 Race and we we will certainly be able to build a new outdoor play area for our youngest preschoolers. We hope to have pictures to share with all of you this summer.

Thank you so much & we hope to see you again in 2012!

Age Group Winners

Civitan Services partnered with Gary Ballard of arkansasrunner.com to host our first annual 5K Run/Walk. The flat race course started at the Civitan Center, continued out the Benton Parkway and ended at the Benton High School new Sports Complex. We had 162 Participants and over 40 Volunteers for our first 5K! Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a success.
