The financial storms are coming.  Medicaid cuts will begin in 2007 and by the time it's all over in 2010, Families USA, an advocate organization for health care consumers, estimates that Arkansas will have lost hundreds of millions in Medicaid funding.

     The Noah Project is a planned commitment to develop secure financial resources through business centers, planned giving, grants, fund raising and an active volunteer base.  The Noah Project will enable Civitan to serve people in Saline County regardless of the availability of government funding.  It's a far-reaching mission, designed by the Civitan Services' staff and the Board of Directors.  The Noah Project was created for a single purpose--to keep promises made to those we serve.
