Supported Living

Supported Living Waiver Services provide the necessary supports for people with developmental disabilities to live and be a part of a community. Some individuals may need assistance with shopping, accessing community services, assisting with cooking or arranging medical appointments. Others may need more assistance in the form of a live-in attendant. Services are based on individual need and are provided in accordance with the plan of care developed by Civitan Services, the individual, his or her family and a family physician.

Anyone, children or adults, with a developmental disability can benefit from Waiver services as an alternative to IFC/MR or institutions.
