The Civitan Donation Center is the first stop for all donated items that eventually make their way to The Civitan Shoppe. Everything picked up by the Civitan Truck from homes or businesses is brought directly to the Donation Center. You are also welcome to drop off donations in person during our hours of operation.

Our staff and clients is available to assist you with unloading items from your vehicle. You can also complete a donation slip on-site to receive a tax-deductible donation receipt.

How Your Donations Help

Civitan clients work alongside the Donation Center Manager to sort through incoming items each day, preparing them for resale at The Civitan Shoppe. Your donations provide meaningful work opportunities for adults with disabilities, helping them gain valuable skills and a sense of accomplishment. If we receive an item that cannot be sold, we strive to recycle it or pass it on to another charitable organization whenever possible. We are committed to maximizing the value of every donation and minimizing waste.

Items We Do Not Accept

To maintain quality and safety standards, we are unable to accept the following items:

• CRT computer monitors
• CRT or console-style tube TVs
• Non-working televisions
• Mattresses or box springs
• Used bed pillows
• Drop-side baby cribs
• Open or expired food
• Expired paint (older than four years)
• Dishwashers
